L’Opéra – The Story Behind the Name
The name “L’Opéra” originated from renowned opera house in Paris, one of the refined symbols of the French capital but also to the delicious multi-layer chocolate and coffee French pastry named “Opéra”.
The L’Opéra Story

The kind support of the French Embassy in Delhi, who provides resources their purpose-built kitchen for testing, and the encouragement of the family’s Delhiite friends and expats to go ahead with this.
A state-of-the-art production center was the next item on the agenda; one that needed to suit the exigencies of a high-end bakery. The training of the staff was then imminent. Several French chefs including one from the renowned French culinary institution Lenôtre intensively trained the staff in the techniques of culinary excellence and ensured that no detail was missed so as to provide products of the highest quality.
