There are many people who just rush t complete their work anyhow they don’t think and plan for that. I mean firstly make it a habit and then it will automatically turn into your passion.

These are basically not the priorities but the problems that keep on going in your mind and you feel distracted. Make a list of all these and as I said earlier try solving them into smaller parts. Also, make it a habit of writing everything on your lists. After a few months, you will find the list of your dream that must be half away completed.

Honesty plays an important role. No, I am not saying about others. I just want to ask you whether you are honest with yourself or not? Most of the people are not. They try to run away from the things and it results in depression. Just face it and face it like you have all the solutions to it. Problems last long when you think of it more.

Surprise yourself by breaking the norms. Of course not the norms in your office but the norms that you are following in your life till now. Enjoy your company that nobody else matters in your life, no it is not being selfish. You can call it a “me time”. Drinking and eating habits make a lot of difference in your life. Having more of vegetables can make you active for a long time. Whereas if you’re eating more junk food then the possibility of getting tired might be on the peak. So it does eventually make you motivated or demotivated.
